What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We deliver throughout India.
Once the order is placed successfully, we ship the order via express courier service (Guaranteed reliable courier service).
For COD orders, we may charge some extra amount on top of the order amount as this charge is from courier side. In order to avoid extra COD charges and get fast shipping experience we recommend to place prepaid order. All the COD orders are shipped only after confirmation over a call. In case, if we cannot verify your COD order, it will be cancelled.

Notice: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we may not be able to deliver to areas in India that are containment zones.
Do You Ship Internationally?
As of now, Loktino doesn’t deliver items internationally.
With our hard work and everyone’s blessing we will start soon.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Loktino generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the 2 to 3 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
1. Time of order
2. Product’s availability with the Loktino
3. The destination to which you want the order shipped
4. We believe in delivering good quality products. This may take additional time or if not available we may cancel the order and inform you.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We offer credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI and COD.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, it is perfectly safe to buy all the products online from Loktino.
When Will I Receive A Refund For My Returned Products?
All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit/debit card statement.
How do I place an Order?
Add your desired products in the cart. After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email Id along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Login then click on your profile. You may cancel your order by clicking on cancel button available under order section.
You can return product easily on Loktino but please check Return policy first carefully. If you are eligible for this you need to just login in your dashboard and then you can find option of return in Order section. Or simply Call/mail/whatsapp us.
We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened. If you have opened the items and are not satisfied with it, you can simply contact us and we will surely do the best for you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Not necessary.
Guest login is available.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will ship your package within 2-3 working days of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address. You will receive an SMS/Whatsapp about the same.
Tracking may not appear online in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
How Can I Return a Product?
In such case, a request is to be sent to our Customer Care Team via email at customercare@loktino.com. The general return policy will be followed.
What happens when the product purchased is out of stock?
Quality is what comes first for us. We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment for a product that is unavailable, we will communicate the same to you within 2-3 working days of your purchase.
We will not compromise on the Quality. We will be happy to say NO or delay. You could then either substitute your purchase with another product that is available on the website or the money will be duly refunded.
