Refund and Return Policy
While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer. Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
All prices on this web site are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
Our products are liable for GST in India. Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via email within 48 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases where Bottles that have live or dead foreign bodies or where the product has gone bad at the time of delivery, Bottles or packaging that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery, Products have expired by the time of delivery.
To start a return and for any query, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
