Shipping Policy
We are currently only shipping to India. If the order value is below Rs. 500/- a shipping charge of Rs. 65/- will be charged, and all purchases above Rs. 500/- Shipping is free.
A complete postal address including pin code, email Id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order. If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
If some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 7 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Sunday : 9 AM to 9 PM.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.
The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. If in case there is an error on the page regarding the payment you will be contacted and given a detailed information regarding your order. If you wish to proceed then only we will ship the goods.
